3. Name of the register

The name of the register is FinderBase Corporation's user database.

4. Purpose for processing personal information

The personal information in this register is processed to enable operation of FinderBase.com web service and to allow user interaction.

5. Content of the register

The register contains the following information about the customers:
-Name (first name and surname)
-Contact information (address, email address)
-Individual information about the items entered by the customer
-Information about the communication between the users

6. Regular sources of information

The customer's personal information is stored when he/she enters it during the sign up. The information about the items entered by the customer and the information about the communication between the customers are stored on transactions initiated by the customer.

7. Disclosure of Information

The information will not be disclosed without customer's consent.

8. Transfer of data to the EU or outside the EEA

Data can be transferred between the server and the user's web browser. The data will not be disclosed outside the company or outside the EEA.

9. Protection principles of the register

A) Manual data
The data is processed manually only in exceptional cases. In such cases, the registrar ensures that each person handling the data will handle only the essential information required for the task in question, such as the address information for mailing.

B) Computer processed data
The customer register is stored in a SQL database with password protection and access control.
