User-generated content

The possibility to discussion, commenting, addind media files, as well as the other ways to publish user-generated content is intended for a constructive and effective exchange of ideas. All users must comply with the rules of the service and good manners.

FinderBase does not check the information that comes up in discussions, comments, or in similar user-generated content in advance. If necessary, FinderBase removes information that violates the terms of use, rules and guidelines of the service, law or good practice when the offense comes FinderBase's knowledge. FinderBase takes no responsibility for the users' writings or their consequences, or the files generated or attached by the users. The contents of the discussions and comments are on the users' own risk. The user is responsible for his/her own activities, and may become legally liable for writings violating the law.

Users must give their email address when writing content to the service. The email address will not be used for marketing purposes. FinderBase has the right to contact the users in matters related to their writings.

In particular it is forbidden in the discussions and comments to:
-encourage to crime or violence
-include groundless or insulting comments on other users or racist texts
-present illegal, offensive or pornographic material
-create links to files or sites which contain criminal, offensive, illegal, racist or pornographic material
-present individual's personal information or pictures without the
consent of the person
-use copyrighted material, or copy text directly from other publications
-market or advertise a product or a service
-send the same message more than once or re-add ones that have been removed

If the user finds that these rules are violated, we ask the users to notify the administrators of FinderBase.com about the violations.

User Information

When creating a user account the user has to give correct and adequate information about himself/herself. The information will be used for the purposes related to FinderBase.com service. FinderBase will not disclose the information for marketing purposes without the user's permission. The Information will be processed, used and disclosed as described in more detail in the privacy policy.

Payments

Most of the services, such as listing found objects, are free. Cost of each non-free service is reported in connection with each such service.

Payments are based on credits, which can be purchased by using payment methods listed in the web service. Credits are valid for a period specified at the time of purchase, but at least 6 months. Free credits granted for marketing purposes may be valid for shorter period of time.

FinderBase's responsibility for credits and the services purchased with them is always limited to the sum paid by the user.
